 Hey everyone!!

I don't even know where to begin. It has been QUITE the week. I feel like so much has happened just within these past 7 days alone. I guess transfers will do that to you (even when you're staying in the same area, with the same companion lol).

However, probably the BEST news of the week is the fact that we had TWO Baptisms this past weekend!! Brianne was Baptized on Saturday evening, while Diane was Baptized yesterday evening. MAN, it was quite the expereince. I was talking to Elder Li yesterday, and he said that after each baptism, he just has a feeling of "Mission Accomplished", you know?? I can honestly say that I agree.

I had the privilege of baptizing Brianne. She's the third person that I've actually been in the water with, and let me tell you, my track record ain't so good. Apparently I just don't have the gift of baptizing?? Sue me. Afterwards, Bri kept telling the story of how she couldn't believe that I kept her under so long, and that I kept pushing her down.

In my defense, her arm had not completely submerged, and I did NOT want to have to baptize her again.

But logistical things aside, it was wonderful to be able to participate in the ordinance, and to witness this woman enter the waters of baptism. It's been a crazy road. I met her back in January, and have been able to teach her eer since then. It definitely hasn't been easy, but it was great to witness the fruit of my labors. Not every missionary has that opportunity.

She bore her testimony at the service, and it was just absolutey AMAZING. She said that when she first met us, she was skeptical of our message. But that the turning point was when she began reading the Book of Mormon. Sh said that when she picked up the book and began to read, that she fell like someone was HUGGING her. That she felt like she was SPARKLING. That sounds dang good to me.

Our investigator, Diane, was also Baptized last night. She has been prepared for over a year to receive this gospel, and it has been such a pleasure to teach her. It was so great to witness her boyfriend, Brother Shaler, baptize her and be there for her in this great decision. Anybody need a new relief society president?? Diane's got you covered, lemme tell you.

I know this gospel is true. The Book of Mormon can make YOU feel sparkly too. It's just like the Bible. It's got good stories in it. Why not give it a try?

Love you all!!
