Earthly Mother,

WHAT. YOU DEPRIVED ME OF A TAX RETURN? How dare you.

LOL jk. I have absolutely no problem with that. Whatever makes you most comfortable. Thanks for all you do for me. I don't want to bring any more unnecessary stress into your life. I know you get enough of that at work.

We haven't had any problems with mice for the past several days. We're basically pros now. Disposing of the mice doesn't even bother us anymore. LIke, we've got it down to a tee. Hopefully we got all of them. If not, I'll just put the dead mouse in a box and drop it off at the Neaderhiser's home (they're Utah fans).

Just kidding. I would never do that. I'm a missionary, remember? I'm insulted you would even thinkt that of me!!

Sounds like this kid doesn't really value money all that much, huh?? Just GIVING it away to all the other kids. You'd think he'd be smarter than that, but apparently not. Did they manage to collect all of the stolen money?? I hope so. I'm sure the mother needs as much as she can get.

It's crazy that Bana and Sarah are gonna be graduating so soon, and TOGETHER Too. I feel like they just barely started school, and here they are, about to leave. That's just ridiculously awesome. I'm sure your vacation is gonna be SO DANG FUN, though.. You've got lots of events to go to!!

By now you've probably read my email explaining my recent assignment as District Leader. So basically, I now have NO IDEA if I'm going to get transferred or not. I thought I was, but I may be sticking around for another transfer to continue that role. I mean, I would be totally okay with that, seeing as both of my current progressing investigators will be getting baptized after transfers, and I DEFINITELY want to be here for that. But who knows?? President Bednar has been known to do some crazy stuff in the past. I find out this next Saturday, so I'll let you know the results next Monday. Hopefully I'm staying!!

All President Bednar said when I emailed him this week was, "You'll make a great District Leader. You're ready." So that was nice of him. I tend to disagree, but still grateful.

Diane's and Bri's baptismal interviews are this Tuesday evening. so be praying for them. Both are doing great!! A few hiccups here and there, but all in all, they seem ready.

Anyways, that's about it for this week. Sorry, we didn't take a lot of picutres, so there weren't many. NEXT WEEK THO.

Love you Mom!!

Hey there Buddy Boy!

Happy tax day.  Speaking of taxes, I opted to not file for you this year as you didn’t make enough money last year to make it mandatory.  So, although you would have gotten a small return, I didn’t want to have to hassle with filing.  Sorry!

So, other than taxes, how is everything going for you?  Has your mouse situation improved at all?  I will say that the video of you going after the mouse that was under the couch did make me laugh.  I know, it’s easy for me to laugh because it’s not in my house.  You’re right!  I am definitely not a mouse person or anything else that is creepy crawly, for that matter.

It was a hectic week at school.  The fieldtrip is now history and for the most part, things went fairly well although there are always at least one or two glitches here and there.  I feel good about the fact that we got home with the same number of kids and adults that we left with.  That always seems to be a major accomplishment for me.  I’m glad that I don’t have to worry about another fieldtrip for a while though.

Other than the fieldtrip, I’ve had issues with another student (who actually didn’t get to go on the fieldtrip because of behavior issues).  He seems to be on a roll, and not a good one, lately.  He got in trouble for something this week and was suspended from my class for a day and put in a 5th grade room.  While he was there, he was handing out money to kids in that class.  The problem was that he had stolen $300 from home and had brought it to school and was handing it out to people.  So, apparently even when he’s suspended, he still gets into trouble.  The silver lining to all of this is that there are only 6 more weeks of school and then he will be moving on.  The not so silver lining is that I’m sure I will get someone to take his place next school year.

Yesterday, Trefflich and I attended the Stake Women’s Conference that they had.  It was nice.  They had a nice lunch afterward.  it’s always nice to have events such as these every once in a while.   They had some speakers and then had us break up into different classes.  I always enjoy hearing others teach and it’s even better when you come away with some insights that will help you do better in life.

Sarah’s graduation is approaching quickly.  I am looking forward to going to that and just getting away from work for a while.  I talked to Briana a few minutes ago and she said that her graduation will be on July 23 which is a Monday.  She also mentioned that they’re thinking of blessing the baby on July 22 and so I guess that we will have to plan on being in Rexburg for all of that.  With everything that is going on, it’s going to be a busy summer.

How are things going with your investigators?  I hope that they are progressing well and that you’ll soon get to see the fruit of your labors.  Do you still think that you are going to be transferred this month?  I guess that you should be finding that out in the next few days
.
Well, I think that I’m going to sign off.  I have had kind of a headache all afternoon.  I think that it’s time to break out the ibuprofen.  Just know that I love you sooooooo much.  Be good and do good.

Love,

Mom
