Hey man!
Thanks for sending me that email! I was able to spend time in Primary this week as well. Those children really are so adorable. The primary president asked me if I would play the part of the Prophet. It was basically that game where they blindfold a child and I'm responsible for whispering in the child's ear to make sure they navigate the maze of chairs and distractions. It was pretty fun. A heck of a lot more interesting than Elders Quorum, I can tell you that much.
I have no idea who Dan Fogelberg is, but I did hear that song about the ships rolling in for the first time YESTERDAY. It was played by the Jon Schmidt dude, the one who is in the Piano Guys? It was performed pretty well, but the song itself was kinda strange. Ive been listening a lot to the Pentatonix Christmas Album. I'm of the belief that it is hands down the best Christmas album out there. At least, of the ones I've heard. David Archuleta is pretty great too. I love Christmas music.
Thanks for the congrats for Rose's baptism. She was crying a lot when I left. That always makes you feel good, but at the same time, you always just hope and pray that the ward will take care of her, and that my trainee will know how to handle teaching her the new member lessons. I hope she makes it to the temple soon.
Speaking of the temple, I might actually be able to go to the Palmyra temple in this area! That's awesome! And go see the sacred Grove and everything! We're gonna have to figure something out to make that happen. It is exactly two hours from my apartment, which is where it needs to be in order for me to go.
